We had the most extraordinary experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with huge smiles and welcomed with open arms. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was taken care of. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the world-class fitness centre where we could freshen up before our late flight. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to major upmarket shopping malls, restaurants, and the ferry. And let's not forget about the breakfast at The Verandah - the quality and variety of options were truly outstanding.
