The hotel was very clean and the chambermaids did a fantastic job. The location was great, with easy access to buses and hiking trails. The room had a fabulous view and was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and professional.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, from helping with our luggage to arranging transfers. The hotel's river view was breathtaking, and we were even upgraded to a quiet and spacious room, perfect for our baby. The location was great, with plenty of food shops nearby, and we loved watching people jogging and cycling along the riverside track in the morning. Additionally, the hotel's convenient transportation options, such as the bus to the airport and Disneyland right outside, made it easy for us to explore the city. The beds were large and comfortable, and the pool was a nice bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the concierge, were very experienced and helpful. They spoke English fluently and gave us great advice on how to reach our tourist sites, saving us a lot of money by suggesting affordable bus routes. The hotel's location was perfect, with bus stops right outside for easy transportation to popular attractions like Disney, OceanPark, and Nong Ping 360. We also loved the convenience of having 7/11 and other stores within a minute's walk to grab snacks and essentials. The AC, WiFi, shower, and spacious family room were all excellent. The gym was also a standout feature, offering a great workout even for a hotel gym.

We had an excellent stay! The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making transportation hassle-free. We also found a small convenient shop nearby that offered halal food options. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy a great river view.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting me through the check-in queue and making me feel valued. The location was convenient, with the airport bus just a stone's throw away. It was also within a 10-15 minute walk to New Town Plaza and the train network. One of the best things about this hotel was the stunning views it offered - whether of the hills or the river, depending on which side you were on. It was truly a treat to wake up to such beautiful scenery. Furthermore, the hotel was located by a riverside park, which was perfect for jogging or cycling. It was a great opportunity to interact with the local population, as I would often see people exercising, practicing tai chi, or even teenage lovers in the late evenings.
