The hotel had great facilities, including a free smartphone to use as a wifi hotspot while exploring the city. The staff were amazing and very concerned about our safety, especially during the protests. Housekeeping was thorough and quick in fulfilling our requests. The room and bathroom were amazing, and the breakfast was good with a variety of options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Wan Chai. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the Halal Islamic center canteen and Times Square. It was also conveniently located near the Central station, allowing easy access to explore the rest of the city and take the ferry to Kowloon or visit Causeway Bay and Wanchai stations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Lawrence Law, the service manager, and Chris Kwok, who facilitated everything for me. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the room was spacious, with a great area for daily exercise. The bar staff were friendly and the hotel even had a smart phone in the room providing WiFi and calls, which was a great convenience. I was extremely happy with my choice to stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The view of the famous Happy Valley Race Course from our room was absolutely stunning. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a very good size by local standards. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a small gym with a treadmill and stepper. The free shuttle bus service to various locations, including the train station, was a great convenience. The location was decent, being close to Wan Chai and Central areas. Additionally, the hotel was located in a very busy and lively area with plenty of local foodie spots, offering cheaper options compared to popular tourist areas like TST/Kowloon or Causeway Bay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a very good area, only a short walk to shopping, food, and times square. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the rooms were kept spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist with any queries or requests. The transportation options were convenient, with the tube station just a 10-minute walk away and bus stops across the road. The location to the Convention Centre in Wanchai was also ideal for my needs. I was impressed with the hotel facilities, including comfortable beds, clean rooms, and good toiletries.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
