Cleanliness was excellent throughout my stay.

During my stay at this hotel, I found the location to be extremely convenient. It was a short walk from Sai Ying Pun station, allowing easy access to the Hong Kong tramway and other modes of public transportation throughout the city. Additionally, there were two 7-11s nearby, as well as two large supermarkets and several good dimsum restaurants in the area. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The hotel also went above and beyond by allowing a slightly later check-out and providing a secure storage for our bags while we were away in Macau.

The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the facilities provided were functional and convenient. The room had a great view, elegant and clean. The staff was fantastic, especially Eddie, Brian, and Wen. The hotel location was interesting, with easy transportation options. The breakfast buffet was sufficient.
