I had a great stay at this hotel - the rooms were spacious and offered good value for money. The daily housekeeping services kept everything clean, and I enjoyed having tea and water provided in the room. The location on Hong Kong Island was convenient, with plenty of restaurants around and the MTR being less than a 10-minute walk away.

As a Best Western Diamond Plus cardholder, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a spotless and comfortable room. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a well-equipped gym. The location was also excellent, with easy access to transportation options. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the airport express bus stop on Hong Kong Island. Moreover, the area surrounding the hotel had a local and authentic feel, with a plethora of excellent small restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines from Chinese to Vietnamese, Korean, Western. The staff were courteous and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the large and spacious rooms, especially considering the usual size in this city. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The transportation options were fantastic - with a free shuttle to the airport train station, tram and bus terminals nearby, and easy access to public transport. The location was also great, within a pleasant half-hour walk to the city center. Additionally, the breakfast was acceptable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

During my stay, I found the room to be exceptionally clean and spacious, surpassing other hotels in this city. The toilet even had enough room for a dressing table. The hotel's location on Des Voeux Road made it incredibly convenient, with numerous tram stops, MTR stations, and bus options nearby. This allowed for easy access to transportation and the opportunity to explore the local area, which boasts a wide range of excellent small restaurants offering various styles of Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Western, Japanese. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with a great view of the harbor and an array of dining and shopping options in the surrounding area. The staff, specifically the concierge, were highly commendable for their helpfulness and going above and beyond to arrange transport to the airport. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet at a reasonable price of 50 Hong Kong dollars, covering all breakfast necessities.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of facilities offered. The location was perfect with tram, bus stops, and MTR within walking distance. We were thrilled to find that the bus A12, which takes you directly to the airport, was very close by. Additionally, there were dozens of little shops and restaurants around the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the area.
