The location is perfect! It's near all public transport - MTR, bus. It's near a mall, Starbucks, 711, restaurants, it's near everywhere! The hotel staff's customer service is excellent! Erwin, the Duty Manager, was really great! He noted everything and come our day of check-in, we got a free upgrade! Even the housekeeping staff were really courteous!

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location couldn't be beat, being right next to everything. It was so convenient, with the MTR station just a stone's throw away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the quirky decor. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the large rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast at the superb cafe/restaurant on the 3rd floor was absolutely delicious.
All was good.
Right in the center of the city, close to everything we needed. Easy access to transportation. Convenient location near shops and restaurants. Staff provided excellent customer service.
Not obvious to find without internet or GPS.
